High-pressure open plug valve
The top drive plug valve can be divided into top drive upper plug valve and top drive lower plug valve, both of which are the control valves being used to conjunction with top drive system. Usually, the two valves are installed in series on the top drive drilling device. These valves adopt a highly reliable metal seal and can withstand high pressure from both directions, with a working pressure of up to 15000 psi. If a well kick occurs, the top drive upper plug valve can be remotely closed while the top drive lower plug valve can be manually closed. The inner chamber of the valve body and various accessories of the valve core have been treated specially to reduce the opening torque and extend the service life.
